Title IX - Sexual Harassment Information

Title IX is a groundbreaking civil rights law that states: No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance (K-12 Public Schools are included).

How to File a Complaint

If you believe that there has been a violation of Title IX, you may reach out to the District Title IX Coordinator (contact info listed above) or click on the District Procedure (3085P) and Form (3085F) in the right column.
